After your work is completed, expect a follow up satisfaction email as well as a survey about your experience.
When our electricians arrive to your home, they will introduce themselves, go over the scope of work with you and address any questions or concerns you may have. Before leaving, our electricians will let you know what has been completed and if any follow up work will be needed. Also, they will give you information on how to operate equipment that has been installed or repaired.
All service work by Cape Electricians, LLC will be warrantied after installation for 90 days against any technical defects.
For service calls, payment is due at the time of service, even if follow up work is needed; we require payment for the services rendered. We accept payment by most credit cards, cash, check and Venmo.
